Mission The mission of the USCRI Raleigh Field Office is to bring hope and opportunity to the lives of refugees and immigrants through community advocacy, refugee community orientation and skills development. We act to defend human rights, promote self-sufficiency and education, and forge community partnerships through a full range of services and programs.
