Volunteer for USCRI Detroit

Thank you for your interest in supporting the refugees and immigrants in the Dearborn area. As a Volunteer you can play an integral part in the refugee resettlement process and help them make a smooth transition into their new home in the U.S. Your help whether 10 hours a week or 10 hours a year will make a real difference in refugees’ lives and provide you with an extremely rewarding experience.

USCRI Dearborn’s first ESL program is currently in the works. Community volunteers will teach free elementary and intermediate level English language classes at our office.

Volunteers are needed to help with donation pick up and delivery. Contact us if you can help.

College students interested in gaining experience in their field can volunteer to be a guest speaker at a workshop or teach an informational class for refugees.
